Comunicato: Triangolare Memorial Paolo Valente

Il tempo di godersi qualche giorno in famiglia, al mare o in montagna e subito si torna in campo. La Fc Matese continua nel suo lavoro di preparazione alla seconda stagione di Serie D e oggi pomeriggio (17 agosto) ha dato il via a quella che è in pratica la seconda fase del ritiro a Piedimonte Matese. C’è stato un allenamento solamente pomeridiano, e lo stesso ha voluto mister Corrado Urbano anche per domani. Poi da giovedì 19 agosto si tornerà a sudare sia di mattino che di pomeriggio.

Si attendeva l’ufficialità dei primi allenamenti congiunti per ‘saggiare’ la condizione fisica della squadra costruita dal presidente Luigi Rega e dal direttore sportivo Raffaele Corsale ed ecco che la dirigenza verdeoro dà una risposta importante a tutta la tifoseria: si parte sabato 21 agosto col triangolare di Sesto Campano con la formazione locale e il Venafro (entrambe militanti in Eccellenza). Un appuntamento importante per tutto il territorio perché sarà un memorial per ricordare Paolo Valente, che è stato ex dirigente e calciatore del Sesto Campano nonché consigliere comunale della cittadina della provincia di Isernia.

Senza sosta anche la settimana che va da domenica 22 agosto fino al 27: sempre doppie sedute con un altro super test. Una vera ‘bomba’ per tutto il comprensorio perché proprio venerdì 27 ci sarà la super sfida col Brindisi (Serie D) che è in ritiro a Campitello Matese. Una festa dello sport con una delle società pugliesi con più storia: basti pensare che il club oggi allenato da Mauro Chianese ha disputato 8 campionati di Serie B e ben 48 di Serie C. Insomma un test dall’altissimo valore, sia tecnico che di prestigio, per i ragazzi di Urbano.

Si inizia col calcio giocato, aumentano i brividi. Che bello veder quel pallone rotolare. Forza Matese!
